Medicare rebates and bulk-billing available katherine hurrell is a clinical psychologist practising in north western sydney. As required, she also applies skills from other validated treatment models. This evidence-based approach is considered an effective treatment for most psychological disorders and katherine has seen first-hand the difference this approach has made in her clients. Katherine's preferred treatment approach is cognitive-behavioural therapy (cbt). She is researching childhood anxiety disorders. More recently, katherine commenced a phd in clinical psychology working with internationally renowned researchers at macquarie university's centre for emotional health. When referred by a gp or psychiatrist, a substantial amount of her fee is covered by a medicare rebate and those with a health care card are bulk-billed. She is experienced in the assessment and treatment of psychological and behavioural difficulties and provides assistance for both adolescents and adults. Those having worked with katherine consider her to have a warm and compassionate approach and usually have little difficulty building rapport with her.

In 2007, she was selected to discard a year furthering her experience as a Fellow at the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University. Elizabeth has presented in many seminars and conferences in national and international forums. She is passionate about occupied with children, adolescents and families in a manner that is evidence based yet tailored for the individual. Tania has worked across a variety of settings in the public health system, providing assessment and treatment services for children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma and depression. Tania is also experienced in the risk assessment of child concern matters. She has been involved in abundant studies focused on premature childhood socioemotional development, and has attended specialist training in the United States on the analysis and observation of attachment relationships between young children and their caregivers. Denise has gained experience in a range of settings including correctional institutions, the court system, the community and hospitals. She has worked to deliver interventions with autistic children to improve functioning, and during her training was also involved in the assessment and treatment of adolescents experiencing a beginning episode of psychosis. In particular, Denise has worked extensively with young adult (1825 years of age) and grave offenders, including assessment and management of risk of hurt to self and others. Furthermore, Denise has meaningful experience in writing both Court and Parole reports including assessed risk of future violence ardor risk of recidivism. Prior to active in private practice, Denise was involved in providing intensive group and individual therapy for individuals with substance dependency and legal problems. Throughout her work as a clinician, Denise has eternal taken a nonjudgmental and caring approach and is keenly interested in assisting individuals to improve their overall quality of life. She is currently undertaking a Master of Clinical Psychology. Holly has a number of years experience active as a Psychologist in schools. In this role she has provided educational assessment and therapy to children and adolescents who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, self esteem, social skills and behavior. Holly has worked in both mainstream and notable schools, including with children and adolescents with a wide range of particular needs and disabilities.
